Inversity was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for partial renovations to two separate facilities, supporting the operation of Virginia Commonwealth University’s athletics department. The first location (West Marshall), formerly the Commonwealth Cancer Center facility, called for renovation of 3200SF of existing office space to construct team locker rooms for Women’s Lacrosse and Women’s Field Hockey. The second location was in the 1st floor athletic training space (Bowe Street) and was a renovation of 4700SF to the existing weight room and restrooms into locker rooms for the baseball team. Along with lockers, Inversity renovated the spaces to include toilets, shower facilities, and sink areas. Reuse and reconfiguration was used when possible.
