Capital One West Creek Building 6 provides nearly 140,000 SF and over four stories for office space and workplace solutions. The HVAC update by Inversity included the replacement of the four existing packaged VAV rooftop units (RTU) along with replacement of the two smaller RTU’s serving the perimeter stairwells. Computer room air conditioners were replaced and AV rooms were provided with new split systems. New exhaust registers were provided, and all the new HVAC components are compatible with existing controls, allowing for seamless operation for the end-user. Inversity was part of a local partnership with McKinney, coordinating the MEP effort for Gensler and Capital One. This renovation sought LEED Certification, and was substantially complete August 29, 2017.
