As part of Enteros Design’s A/E team, Inversity is providing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for building additions and partial renovations to the Petersburg YMCA. This facility consists of approximately 11,500 SF of addition and 7200 SF of renovation. These additions and renovations will include work to the following types of spaces: classrooms and fitness studios, youth and children’s areas, wellness rooms, community use rooms, administration spaces, and entry lobbies. The work also will include the creation of a small, residential style kitchen. This project is currently in design.
